Must reside within 25 miles of gym to be eligible for guest pass. ID and completion of guest documentation required. Guest pass is only valid from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 pm. Club amenities and size vary per location. Excludes certain amenities. **Must be at least 18 years of age to use a UV tanning device. Must show UV eyewear prior to tanning.
